Booking Terms & Conditions
Scripting Fee
All first-time bookings incur a $50 scripting fee, valid for 12 months.
Minimum Booking Requirements
Mobile IV infusion bookings require either a minimum of two people or a minimum spend of $400 per booking.
Travel Fees
A travel fee applies for locations 40km or more from our base. You will be informed during your consultation call if this applies.
Parking Fees
Parking fees may apply in busy areas such as Sydney CBD. Please notify us of any parking arrangements during your consultation call.
Public Holiday & Sunday Surcharge
A 10% surcharge applies to bookings on public holidays and Sundays.
Appointment Times & After Hours
Appointment times are available on our online booking system. For after-hours appointments, please contact us directly. After-hours bookings incur an additional surcharge.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Group Bookings
A $100 deposit per person is required for group bookings.
Deposits for any cancelled group members will be forfeited.
Pre-Treatment Requirements
Completion of a pre-treatment medical questionnaire and consent form is mandatory before treatment.
This ensures all relevant medical history, allergies, and previous reactions are disclosed.
Right to Refuse Treatment
IVT Sydney reserves the right to refuse treatment if there are medical contraindications, intoxication, or abusive behaviour.
