Booking Terms & Conditions

Scripting Fee

  • All first-time bookings incur a $50 scripting fee, valid for 12 months.

Minimum Booking Requirements

  • Mobile IV infusion bookings require either a minimum of two people or a minimum spend of $400 per booking.

Travel Fees

  • A travel fee applies for locations 40km or more from our base. You will be informed during your consultation call if this applies.

Parking Fees

  • Parking fees may apply in busy areas such as Sydney CBD. Please notify us of any parking arrangements during your consultation call.

Public Holiday & Sunday Surcharge

  • A 10% surcharge applies to bookings on public holidays and Sundays.

Appointment Times & After Hours

  • Appointment times are available on our online booking system. For after-hours appointments, please contact us directly. After-hours bookings incur an additional surcharge.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

  • A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Group Bookings

  • A $100 deposit per person is required for group bookings.

  • Deposits for any cancelled group members will be forfeited.

Pre-Treatment Requirements

  • Completion of a pre-treatment medical questionnaire and consent form is mandatory before treatment.

  • This ensures all relevant medical history, allergies, and previous reactions are disclosed.

Right to Refuse Treatment

  • IVT Sydney reserves the right to refuse treatment if there are medical contraindications, intoxication, or abusive behaviour.
